Miami Travel Guide!

Just got back from Miami & I had the most amazing time! We seriously did not want to come back from this trip. The weather was amazing & we spent every second site seeing & eating at any restaurant we could get our hands on!

The last time I was in Miami, I was there to film the E! series, Dash Dolls. So I didn’t get much time to explore the city & actually be a tourist. This time around I spent every second I wasn’t sleeping outside & biking down the strip.

So I’ve put together a bit of an itinerary for any of you who haven’t had the chance to visit yet OR for those who want a bit of inspo for your next trip in sunny Miami.

We stayed at the most amazing & aesthetically pleasing hotel, The Plymouth. This gorgeous hotel is in South Beach & just a block away from the beach. The entire hotel is such aesthetic goals that we were taking photos left & right. Here are some images during our week there..

Front of the hotel
Stunning front lobby
Beautiful inside bar
Plymouth Poolside
Having breakfast poolside
Gorgeous aesthetic closets in the rooms

The beds are beyond comfortable & the rooms were so clean. Didn’t have one issue during our stay there & to be honest, did NOT want to leave!!

The food in Miami is absolutely delicious. I’ve never stopped to eat so much during vacation as much I did in this city. Heres is a list of all the places we stopped to eat for some recommendation!

  1. Hosteria Romano– This restaurant is in the nook of South Beach & down the Espanola Way Restaurant Square. The energy in this restaurant is exciting! The waiters are full of energy & can’t help but put you in a fun mood. They had food carts right on the edge of the restaurant facing the alley, where they cut your meat or cook your pasta in a huge block of cheese. Truly entertaining while your enjoying home cooked Italian dishes. Me & London truly could not stop laughing & enjoying ourselves while dining here.
  2. Quinto La Huella– This was inside the East Miami Hotel in Downtown Miami, & a pretty happening place. A lot of good looking people in this restaurant lol. The food was delicious & the service was outstanding. Definitely a great spot to hit if you would to be in the modern side of Miami with great ambience.
  3. The Plymouth Hotel had a great little cafe with yummy breakfast AND a Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar which was great when you wanted good sushi in the Miami heat.
  4. CVI.CHE 105– This place has deliiiicious ceviche. It’s a Peruvian restaurant that we stopped at on our last day. We were in full food coma mode on the way to the airport. Definitely an amazing last meal. Their meat was fresh & cooked to perfection with the most delicious sauce. We got the mixed ceviche & basically licked the plate clean.

Now, a huge suggestion of mine while you’re in Miami, is to visit the Vizcaya Museum & Gardens. We decided to stop here on one of the days it was rainy & I am SO happy it was rainy because if it wasn’t we would not have had the amazing chance of seeing this place.

This museum is straight out of a Pirate & the Caribbean movie. Every 5 seconds we were jaw dropping like OMG. I mean, I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.

In South Beach, where it’s all happening, there’s a cubic shaped booth on the beach that attracts a ton of blogger (myself included) & its a cute spot to visit while visiting. I hopped inside an unoccupied one & took some shots for myself lolll

Another fun activity that we did was simple; rent some bikes & enjoy the bike path down the beach. Miami (south beach) is not very big & you can really get to view the beginning to end of this vibrant city on a fun festive day biking through the city!

I hope you enjoyed this post! I truly had a blast & cant wait to go back & do it all over again!! I’ve added a reward style widget below for you to shop my outfits on this trip. Cheers!
